Treat Yourself Tuesdays
Treat Yourself Tuesdays is all about you and the importance of staying well. Join us virtually to participate in amusing and creative activities, learn new skills and genuinely connect with others! Each week will revolve around a different activity with easily acquired supplies so you can participate from your own home. Registration is required for all activities.
On every first Tuesday of the month, join us for new art activities; think painting, collaging, drawing and/or photography. In order to participate, please have handy some colouring tools such as: crayons or acrylic pens, as well as drawing paper or canvas.
On every second Tuesday of the month, it’s all about finding your rhythm and being creative with music. Different songs for different moods, ‘Name that Tune’, Karaoke, or share your musical talent!
Every third Tuesday of the week will focus on a writing activity, such as: gratitude journaling, poetry writing, letters to yourself or playwrights.
On the fourth/fifth Tuesday of the month, there will be various activities ranging from mindfulness and group discussion, to drop in movies and more. No experience required for all activities!
