Real people sharing what works
CMHA Calgary Recovery College provides free courses that help you develop your own resourcefulness.
Find a CourseLearning experiences for everyone
Recovery College offers short-term courses and discussion groups to support participants with mental health concerns (including substance use).
There are courses for anyone, youth, older adults, family, friends, and parents, and First Nations, Métis and Inuit. You are not required to have a referral, diagnosis, or be a CMHA Calgary client to participate; all are welcome!
We have many different courses available. Browse our upcoming courses below or check out the course catalogue for more options.
All of our courses are delivered in partnership with our peer supporters who are experts by experience: they have their own personal story of a mental health or substance use concern, or are supporting a loved one.
