Learning experiences for everyone

We are currently offering CMHA Recovery College classes through online virtual delivery. Usually, we have more than 45 courses to choose from, there is something for everyone. There are courses for anyone, youth, older adults, family, friends, and parents, and First Nations, Métis and Inuit so you can easily find one that is right for you. All of our courses are developed and delivered in partnership with our peer supporters and students who are experts by experience: they have their own personal story of a mental health or substance use concern, or are supporting a loved one.

Currently, our walk-in Welcome Centre is closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are still offering support through email (peer@cmha.calgary.ab.ca) or over the phone (403-297-1402). Staffed by our Peer Supporters, we are giving everyone an opportunity to have a conversations about tools and skills, and to learn about mental health and well-being. Please leave a message. We will get back to calls based on volume  Monday to Friday between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
